The Valley's Largest Selection of 100% Blue Agave Tequilas
At Mexicali we pride ourselves in having the best selection of 100% blue Agave Tequilas. The Blue Agave plant is a succulent from the Lily family. The Agave plant’s core (piña) must be at least eight years old before it is harvested and can only be harvested once. Most Tequila contains only 51% Blue Agave liquor which is then mixed with cheaper liquor and can still be called Tequila. Finer Tequila (non-hang-over types) is labeled 100% Blue Agave or 100% Agave where no other liquors are added. Taste the spirit of Mexico.
